Return, Replacements, and Refund Polices

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds for products. Please email us la.belskincare@gmail.com  for assistance with product solutions. 

Refunds:

Due to our products being handmade-to-order, no returns or refunds will be allowed. If you receive the wrong item, please send a picture of the item to our email: la.belskincare@gmail.com and the correct item will be expedited to you within 3 business days.  

Damaged Products:

If your item arrives damaged, please send an email to la.belskincare@gmail.com. Please include your name, order/invoice number, and images of the damages. Replacement are sent out on Thursdays of every week. 

 Lost/Stolen Package:

Lá Bel Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your package or it is stolen, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim.
