Due to our products being handmade-to-order, no returns or refunds will be allowed. If you receive the wrong item, please send a picture of the item to our email: firstname.lastname@example.org and the correct item will be expedited to you within 3 business days.
If your item arrives damaged, please send an email to email@example.com. Please include your name, order/invoice number, and images of the damages. Replacement are sent out on Thursdays of every week.
Lá Bel Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your package or it is stolen, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim.
